"Some people know everything, but that's all they know."

Looking beyond the government shutdown, a skirmish in a larger struggle for the heart and soul of America, will Democrats succeed in transforming the United States into an entitlement state or won’t they, that is the question. All their chips are on the table.  (Read the full column at EWRoss.com)

As of May 19, 2013 the debt limit was increased to $16,699,421,095,673.60 according to DAILY TREASURY STATEMENT, Cash and debt operations of the United States Treasury

Thursday, October 3, 2013. https://www.fms.treas.gov/fmsweb/viewDTSFiles?dir=w&fname=13100300.pdf is the DAILY TREASURY STATEMENT document.

We have enough ceiling on the public debt. Plus, according to the statement the Fiscal Year to Date Total Operating Balance at $88Bil, then opened this month at $88Bil, then started the 3rd of October at $54Bil, then closed the 3rd of October at $24Bil. I smell audit required. Also, they issued what was to be redeemed, $197Bil in Treasury issues, in the same day. Yes, folks, a CFO would be called to carpet for a Board of Director’s meeting. An SEC investigation and a Third-Part Accountant assigned if the Company was Publicly Traded.

On the button article. Debt Ceiling concession is the fight. The ACA “Obamacare” employer, corporate, and government employee exceptions paid by the Taxpayer is just an ante on the conference table. It is going to be a sight to behold how the Media and the Politicians blur the Debt to extremes. Look for yourself and you will find we do not require an increase in the Debt Ceiling and stay focused on who can explain it in detail, dollar for dollar.

I believe you are addressing the true focus of this president. Too bad we citizens can’t see our way clear to vote for those with RELEVANT EXPERIENCE who will work as representatives of the people. Our current political climate is one in which too many of those elected act as royalty with total disregard for National issues.
