"Some people know everything, but that's all they know."

Meet the Press

As the U.S. Congress debates a national shield law to protect journalists, central to the debate is who is a journalist? Perhaps no issue better demonstrates how far some people’s interpretation of the Constitution has strayed from our Founding Fathers intent.  (Read the full column at EWRoss.com)

Journalists do not exist anymore. They are the Obama state media. That is one of the reasons the newspapers are failing and going out of business.

Congress (D’s and R’s) would like nothing more than to “regulate the news” media – and silence bloggers who speak out against them. The last thing Congress wants is the the truth in any form to get out. Without opposition or dissension they can go on lying to us about their true intentions.

Pundits and commentators are all over the place, but real journalists are few and far between. People that report are not always knowing what they are reporting nor have they done any research and what they are going to say.

I watch the Sunday so-called panels from ABC and George Stephenopolis to FOX who cares to MSNBCs Gregory and every damn one of them couldn’t pass and IQ test for a 5th grader. The real journalists are out looking and investigating what is going on in our world. But that is too much like work.

I also watch Link TV where I get reports from the Middle East with facts and young reporters that can translate what is being said from Egypt’s ex PM to what the latest incursion is going to do to Syria’s Palestinian refugees and the Israeli bombing of the Syrian capitol.

American mass media will not report that and why the hell not? They are bought and paid for by their advertisers who answer to their investors and “we the people” get garbage instead of the truth.

Outstanding argument, well-written. This should be the headline of the Drudge Report. Great job, Mr. Ross!
